A friend of mine once said to me that his “Worst day married was better than my best day divorced.”

Obviously, he did NOT want the divorce but his wife did. His pain was constant soon after. He still hurts today though he is moving on with his life.

He urged me to keep doing what I am doing in biblical counseling because it can help so many to avoid the pain, destruction, and devastation of a divorce.

It’s one of the reasons why we do what we do in biblical counseling: reconcile relationships. I praise the Lord for the marriages that have reconciled and are reconciling by God’s grace through our ministry! Our FIRST desire is to help families to stay together for the glory of God and for their benefit, too.
